Two newborn pups — with Suzanne, our bottle feeder
Two newborn pups, who were abandoned at the gates of a local rescue, with their siblings.
We could only offer help with two as we have almost no foster homes at this moment. These two are now safe with our Suzanne, who is an experienced bottle feeder 🍼

Settling in foster — soon ready for adoption

He's been almost a week at his foster home now and feels much more settled.
He's a really sweet and calm boy. Soon ready for adoption and we think he'll make a wonderful family companion.

Nova (was Tania) was adopted last October but it didn't work out.
She's grown into such a beautiful little girl — once she's had a chance to settle and be assessed, we'll have an update for you. Watch this space 🐶❤️

Recovering with his foster family — thank you for the love and support
After a worrying few days at the clinic on a drip, our boy Nacho has come home to foster to rest and get stronger.
Huge thanks to everyone who shared, donated, and sent love while he was poorly — it really means the world to the team and to Nacho.
He's one of mum's litter — brothers Teo and Nando are still looking for forever homes when the time is right. We'll share more news as he continues to improve. You can do it, Nacho 🙏❤️

Approx 3 months old and currently 4.75 kg.
He looks a bit sad at the moment, but he's a sweet, calm little boy — and soon he'll be a very happy boy 😊
He's had his worming treatment and has gone to a foster home. We'll share more news as he settles in 🐶

Beautiful Pointer-cross boy — waiting to find his special person
Beautiful Pointer-cross boy Frankie is waiting to find his special person 🐕
Sweet little Frankie is such a sweet boy and can run like the wind.
Due to him being an energetic hunting breed, we're looking for a family with a rather active lifestyle and a secure garden for him to run.
His mum is a smallish Pointer. Frankie has beautiful long legs, which makes him the tallest of the three pups.

Last of the rabbit warren 3.0 pups — now ready for his forever home
Magnus is the last remaining of the rabbit warren 3.0 pups.
He and his sister were the last ones to be caught, weeks after their other siblings. You could see quite a difference — while his siblings were quickly feeling comfortable around people, Magnus was terrified and always on guard.
It soon became clear that he wasn't ready for adoption but needed quite a bit of work to make him more confident and trusting. He went to Sandra, who's a very experienced foster carer and has worked wonders with more difficult cases before.
He's been with Sandra now for several months and we think he's ready to find his future home 🏡 ❤️
Some words from foster mum:
Magnus has been with us since the beginning of December and he has come a long way. As a very scared little pup he is now a loving, goofy teenager. He loves to play with my other dogs or with me. He doesn't like to go to town, as he is afraid of everything in it, but he loves his walks in nature and now jumps in the car, as he knows we are going somewhere fun.
Magnus would love to find someone that can give him love, attention and lots of time to get adjusted to his new life. Another dog(s) would be a definite plus. Cats are fine, but he does like to chase and play with them, or lick them all over.
Magnus is a beautiful Podenco cross, about five months old. He'll probably be a medium size adult. We're looking for a rural home, preferably with a couple of friendly, playful resident dogs. Initially he'll bond more with a dog than a person, so it'd be a good help for him.

Betty is 8 years young, very fit and healthy and extremely loving. She gets on great with all the other dogs here and also our cats. She is so loving to my grandchildren so a good all-rounder bless her. She really deserves a loving forever home after her life on the streets. She is so fast to learn and already is completely house trained.

Tickets are 10 EUR and include hot food. Beer, vino, and soft drinks will be available for 1 EUR.

Nacho, Teo & Nando are looking for homes; their sisters have moved on. Río is reserved.
From a litter of seven: only these three boys are still looking for forever homes. Four pups had their first jabs earlier this week and are now looking to find their future families 😍 — that includes reserved Río plus Nacho, Teo and Nando.
They are now 8 weeks old. Río (reserved) is the smallest at 1.7 kg; Nacho is the heaviest at 2.4 kg.
Mum is only a small girl at 12 kg; dad is unknown. They aren't expected to be very big — more small–medium.
Sweet, loving babies. Due to their age we're looking for homes in Spain for now. A secure garden would be great 🏡

Quick update: Betty and her six are a week old and thriving.
Quick update on Betty and her six munchkins, who are now a week old! All are doing well: pups are healthy and hungry, and mum is doing a great job feeding.
It's a lot of hard work, and she does take herself for a little time out, away from the hungries, every now and then ❤️🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶
We are always looking for volunteers to support the team at the Puppy Rescue Charity Shop. The situation for abandoned puppies gets harder every year, and our shop is the main source of funding that keeps our rescue work going.
If you have a little time and energy, we would love to hear from you: a regular morning each week, or holiday cover, would be hugely appreciated. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 14:00.

This beautiful, special 5-year-old boy is looking for his special human to spend his life with. He's been in foster care for a while now and deserves to find a home to call his own. 🏡🐾
Luca came to us after a traumatic time in his life. His owner suddenly died, leaving him and his best friend doggy Dag very unsure of what had happened. Luca has taken a long time to move beyond that and into the loving dog he now is. He's now a calm, gentle, loving lad who walks beautifully on a lead and loves other animals, especially cats!
He will need a home with a family that makes him feel loved, secure and has some space on the sofa left for him. His foster mum will be there for him and his new owner every step of the way for support.
